Maintenance and Exercises: Chadux exercises its response equipment and contractors regularly to ensure response readiness. These exercises are conducted and documented in accordance with the National Preparedness for Response Exercise Program (NPREP). Three hubs each year are fully exercised and the equipment in each of Chadux’s hubs is inspected and serviced each year. The exercise and maintenance schedule is posted on Chadux’s calendar pages and member companies and local response organizations are invited to inquire about participating in the exercises. Chadux can also assist member companies in planning, conducting, evaluating, and documenting their own exercises.
