MEMBERSHIP

Members
Class A (Marine Transporter): A member who operates one or more vessels which transports, stores or handles bulk oil as cargo, in the waters of the State of Alaska.
Class B (Large Facility Operator): A member who operates an oil terminal or oil storage facility with a capacity of 10,000 barrels or more for any use other than for personal consumption.
Class C (Vessel Operator): A member who operates one or more vessels defined as a non-tank vessel under Alaska law or secondary cargo carrier under federal regulations.
Class D (Small Facility Operator): A member who operates an oil terminal or oil storage facility with a capacity of less than 10,000 barrels. Operators of multiple small facilities are Class D members regardless of the number of small facilities they operate.
Class E (Other): A member who does not meet the definition of Class A through Class D.
