Ryan Muspratt is the VP, Chief Financial Officer of Petro Star Inc.(PSI) (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Arctic Slope Regional Corporation (ASRC)), an Alaskan based refining and marketing company with annual revenues in excess of $700 million. Prior to working at PSI he was the Director, Operations for ASRC and was responsible for supporting the EVP, Chief Operating Officer, and VP, Corporate Development as well as ASRC’s operating subsidiaries. Muspratt has been with ASRC and its family of companies since 2013 and has also served in the role of Senior Financial Analyst.  ASRC is the largest locally-owned and operated business in Alaska, with annual revenues in excess of $3 billion and more than 12,000 employees. Prior to joining ASRC, Muspratt worked at KPMG, a multinational accounting firm where he gained skills in technical analysis, auditing, financial reporting, and compliance.

He has a BBA in Accounting and a BBA in Management & Organizations from the University of Alaska Fairbanks (UAF) where he played for the varsity hockey team. He is also a certified public accountant in the State of Alaska.

In addition to serving on the Board of the Alaska Chadux Corporation, Muspratt is a member of the Alaska Growth Capital Board of Directors and Loan Committee, the Alaska Special Olympics Board of Directors, the UAF School of Management’s Business Advisory Council and Accounting Advisory Board.  He also serves as the founder of a scholarship fund that supports student-athletes in need of financial assistance at UAF. Muspratt was born and raised in Calgary, Alberta. He currently lives in Anchorage and enjoys fishing during the summers.

Christina Bentz

Christina Bentz is the Environmental Manager for Delta Western, LLC (Delta Western) responsible for overseeing the environmental compliance programs for Delta Western Petroleum, Inlet Energy, and Northern Oilfield Solutions. Prior to joining Delta Western in 2018, Christina worked in environmental consulting as a Senior Scientist at SLR International Corporation (SLR) for many years. Prior to joining SLR, Christina worked as a Geologist and Project Manager at Jacobs Engineering (Jacobs). Christina is a Certified Professional Geologist and holds a Masters of Science in Geology from The University of Michigan and a Bachelors of Science in Geosciences from Pacific Lutheran University.

In addition to serving on the Board of the Alaska Chadux Corporation, Christina is on the Board of the
Alaska Fuel Storage and Handling Alliance Inc. (AFSHA) and the Falcon’s Ridge Homeowners Association. Christina has lived in Anchorage since 2004 and has enjoyed traveling across Alaska for work as well as spending time closer to home at her cabin with her family.

Chris Graff joined Gallagher Marine Systems (GMS) in August of 2012 after retiring from California Fish and Wildlife. Before retiring, his last position with California was Deputy Administrator for the Office of Spill Prevention and Response (OSPR) which empowered Chris with executive management responsibilities. Prior to the Deputy Administrator duties, Chris was the Law Enforcement Captain with statewide responsibility of Investigators and State on-scene coordinators of spill response. Chris was also the co-chair along with the USCG Captain of the Ports for each of the three (San Diego, Los Angeles & San Francisco) area committees in California. Chris had responsibilities as the Lead State on Scene Coordinator for pollution response along with management duties for statewide response activity. As the Director of Response Services, Chris oversees all Response Services activities for Gallagher Marine Systems and supervises the Response Managers throughout the US. Chris was elected to the Alaska Chadux Corporation Board of Directors in January 2019.
