On August 22, 2008 Chadux was activated by a member company to respond to a jet fuel release from a barge in Valdez.Two Chadux supervisors and three contract personnel mobilized from Anchorage to assist the RP.The Chadux team remained on-site for two days tending 1800 feet of containment boom and then demobilizing it after the barge was inspected.
